The distinctive boxy lines of the model were designed by French Designer Paul Bracq.

This car has been referred to as “tank-like” by their enthusiastic following due to their robust construction, reliability, and its ironclad durability.

The featured car was first imported brand new to Ceylon in 1969 by Merryl J.Fernando and was then sold to Abbas Akbarally in 1970. The car has covered only 42,000 miles and is in immaculate condition along with its imported spare parts and the original invoice.
